With an extensive career spanning over 12 years in the kitchen and hospitality industry, Petrus M Tangkilisan III (PMT) has established a reputation for delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable kitchen solutions tailored to each client’s unique vision. As the founder and principal consultant of TJN Kitchen Consultant, PMT brings a wealth of expertise, a deep understanding of operational needs, and a passion for elevating culinary spaces to their highest potential.

Throughout his professional journey, PMT has led and contributed to a diverse range of projects, from boutique coffee shops to large-scale hotel developments. Notably, he has been entrusted with the complete design and build of all Coffee & Eatery outlets under the Second Floor Group, providing end-to-end solutions that blend functionality, aesthetics, and brand identity. As a design consultant, PMT played a pivotal role in the development of Ascott Medan Hotel’s kitchen facilities, ensuring world-class standards and operational excellence. One of the most significant milestones in his career was spearheading the all-day dining kitchen garden project for The Meru Hotel in Sanur, Bali—an ambitious undertaking that showcases his ability to manage complex, high-profile assignments with precision and creativity
